Video: Recording a Web Process

Recording a web flow is a good place to start an RPA process.

Individual steps made when using a browser are recorded and are added to the workspace.

They can then be edited, deleted or re-ordered as if they had been added manually from the Actions panel.

Once the steps have been recorded it makes sense to run the flow and check for any issues.

This video uses the recording feature in Power Automate Desktop to capture the steps for the completion/submission of a web form.
